Not at all. Keep using Zoom or Google Meet. CoachUI picks up transcripts through Zoom cloud recordings, Fathom, or a Google Meet Chrome extension. You don't take notes during the session. You don't fill out forms after. The AI handles the capture, you just coach.

After each session, the AI generates a session summary and an in-depth coaching analysis. It then updates two living documents. The client briefing is a snapshot of where your client stands right now: what they committed to, what patterns are emerging, what's worth revisiting. The client journey is the zoomed-out view of the entire coaching arc, tracking themes, breakthroughs, and progress across all sessions. Behind both is an always-updating client ledger that gives the AI full context, so session 8 is analyzed in the context of sessions 1 through 7, not in isolation. If you set coaching guidelines, it also gives you private feedback on how each session aligned with your own framework.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share data across accounts. Coaches control exactly what's visible in the client portal. For enterprise clients, we can provide security documentation on request.
